Florida DUI and Out Of State Drivers

If you are an out-of-state driver who was recently arrested for DUI in Martin County, St. Lucie County, Indian River County, or Okeechobee County, Florida, It's important that you contact a Treasure Coast DUI lawyer immediately. The Florida DUI arrest will affect your out of state license.

Florida is one of the 45 member states of the Driver's License Compact. This agreement requires the member states to share and transmit driver information, including arrests and convictions. Serious offenses such as drunk driving, vehicle manslaughter, reckless driving, etc., are no less serious when committed in some other jurisdiction than when committed in the driver’s home state.
